The wine is made from five grape varieties: cabernet sauvignon with its tannin introducing the aroma and the body, Merlot – making it smooth and round , Cabernet Franc – with its lingering Fragrance, syrah and the local variety: Mavrud.
 | Our wine harbor the character of our region – agreeable and warm, hearty and generous. Harvested by hand, the carefully selected grapes are placed in 400l French “ROTO barriques” where they are strictly supervised by our wine experts; the barriques are being rotated as many times a day as necessary for only one thing – to develop complex aromas, full body and rich and elegant ending. The wine ages in barrels for 12 – 16 months before being bottled. Ageing in bottles continues 3 months.
